Responsibilities

  • Promote, educate, and sell products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts
  • Understand customer needs and provide credible alternatives
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide education, training, and case support to clinical end users and hospital staff
  • Manage customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Ensure high levels of product and technical knowledge are maintained
  • Recognize and understand competitive products and their strengths
  • Gather market intelligence (customer and competitor activities)
  • Implements market development plans/strategies as needed
  • Provide after-hours support when needed
