Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
  • Relevant public cloud certifications (highly preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years in public cloud technical roles with direct client-facing experience
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux systems
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP protocols and using troubleshooting tools for analysis and performance tuning
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Korean); proficiency in Chinese Mandarin at a business level highly preferred
  • Customer-service oriented and collaborative
  • Expertise in DNS, Load Balancing, CDN, databases, security attack and defense, disaster recovery architectures, and high concurrency optimization
  • Experience in audio/video technologies, SDK R&D, DevOps, big data, AI, Tencent Cloud Engine (TCE), and Docker (advantageous)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, leveraging deep understanding of their business scenarios to provide tailored solutions using Tencent Cloud products
  • Address technical issues, optimize business structures, and assist in expanding operations
  • Maintain close communication with clients to gain insights, identify pain points, and suggest product improvements
  • Proactively anticipate and mitigate potential technical problems to enhance customer satisfaction and product experience
  • Efficiently resolve complex technical issues related to networks, load balancing, servers, databases, and more
  • Demonstrate expertise in DNS, Load Balancing, CDN, databases, security attack and defense, disaster recovery architectures, and high concurrency optimization
