Responsibilities

The Temporary Escalations Case Manager will act as a trusted resource and solution seeker for customer and partner-facing escalation needs, ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels. Responsibilities include professionally following up with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure prompt escalation resolution, building trust for Angi by providing positive customer experiences and mitigating negative outcomes, and consistently resolving 30-35 complex cases weekly while adhering to team handling standards. The role also involves identifying and suggesting improvements to team processes to optimize workflows and performing assigned administrative needs and other ad hoc projects.
