Responsibilities

The Seasonal Customer Love Associate will provide consistently magical customer service across all channels, delivering an excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset to build loyal client relationships. They will consistently meet and exceed performance goals, acting as a stylist, friend, and personal assistant to customers. Responsibilities include knowing shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures to process orders efficiently, sharing customer and product feedback with internal teams, and gaining exposure to different aspects of the business.
