Requirements

Candidates should have retail or customer-facing job experience, an independent and results-driven work ethic, and the ability to manage difficult customer situations calmly and positively. Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment is necessary, along with utmost character, honesty, and humility. A BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers through email, live chat, and phone, quickly and accurately answering questions and solving problems related to purchases and shipping. Provide thoughtful advice on products, including style and fit recommendations, and understand the product line, technology, ordering, and logistics to act as a knowledge base. Gain cross-functional experience in sales, events, and marketing, and partner with the leadership team to create and execute new policies and customer retention programs. Maintain excellent daily metrics and CSAT, and consistently represent the team's culture, attitude, and expertise while embodying Tecovas' core values.
