As a Telesales Agent, the primary responsibility is to engage and educate prospective members about Devoted Health products, answering questions and assisting with enrollment applications in compliance with Medicare requirements. The agent will also participate in inbound and outbound call campaigns, and after the peak selling season, transition to supporting the Member Service Guide team by focusing on member service, engagement, and retention. Additionally, the agent will assess healthcare needs and arrange face-to-face appointments with local agents, and may be involved in providing product information and selecting suitable plans.
Medicare Advantage plans with personalized support
