Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Health Insurance License, and have proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a high-volume customer service environment. They must also be available to work any shift between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM local time, including weekends, and demonstrate proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

The Agnostic Telesales Agent will engage with prospects and existing members via inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell health plan products, conduct thorough needs assessments (NEADS), overcome objections and close sales, accurately document all interactions and transactions using CRM tools, meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, follow up on leads, support cross-functional collaboration, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
