The Sales Manager, Final Expense will lead a fully remote team of 10-15 licensed Life Insurance Agents, ensuring they consistently hit and exceed monthly targets through coaching, training, and mentorship. They will improve sales agent retention and loyalty, foster a dynamic and growth-oriented team environment, partner with internal teams, and be an effective leader in a hyper-growth environment with a focus towards a high performance mindset, while obsessing over the team’s employee satisfaction and continual improvement.
