Responsibilities

They will improve sales agent retention and loyalty, foster a dynamic and growth-oriented team environment, partner with internal teams, and be an effective leader in a hyper-growth environment with a focus towards a high performance mindset, while obsessing over the team’s employee satisfaction and continual improvement.
