Requirements

  • Experience in telephone sales with outbound calls
  • Mexico insurance product knowledge
  • Knowledge of cross-selling, objection handling, creating high impact scenarios for all prospects
  • Shift rotation flexibility
  • Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Schedule availability from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and performance, with a focus on improvement of existing processes
  • Ability to adapt and learn new sales methodologies and tools
  • Ability to tolerate frustration, work under pressure, and meet short-term objectives
  • Primarily in-office work

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and identifying prospects' needs
  • Selling AIG insurance products (e.g., AUTO policies, Extended Warranty, A&H) that best meet prospects' needs
  • Ensuring receipt of the policy, its collection, and introduction of the customer into the AIG family
  • Contacting leads received through digital channels, advising prospects, and closing sales
  • Managing multiple tasks with control and organization in daily activities
  • Providing attention and quality to each call made
  • Meeting clear objectives for each campaign to achieve budgeted sales goals (e.g., average 47 new auto policies per month)
  • Completing an average of 1,600 outbound dials from 635 leads monthly
  • Linking prospects' needs to products' features for quality and efficient sales on every call
