Responsibilities

Assurer le traitement et la saisie des commandes des clients de son portefeuille ainsi que des commandes dématérialisées (fax/mail/EDI)
Gérer les appels entrants et les débords d’appels en appui des télécommerciaux
Gérer le SAV (traitement des ruptures, commandes dématérialisées, litiges et réclamations clients)
Assurer un rôle d'assistance et de support auprès des clients
Effectuer le suivi des commandes prises par le/la Chef de secteur
Respecter les conditions tarifaires définies dans les contrats
Participer aux réunions produits et commerciales
