Responsibilities

  • Assurer le traitement et la saisie des commandes des clients de son portefeuille ainsi que des commandes dématérialisées (fax/mail/EDI)
  • Gérer les appels entrants et les débords d’appels en appui des télécommerciaux
  • Gérer le SAV (traitement des ruptures, commandes dématérialisées, litiges et réclamations clients)
  • Assurer un rôle d'assistance et de support auprès des clients
  • Effectuer le suivi des commandes prises par le/la Chef de secteur
  • Respecter les conditions tarifaires définies dans les contrats
  • Participer aux réunions produits et commerciales
