Knowledge of Workday administration
Ability to manage daily payroll systems and cooperate with payroll providers
Skills in payroll data preparation
Experience in personnel administration
Proficiency in reporting for payroll and personnel data
Capability to supervise employee personal files
Experience supervising employee liabilities and communicating with debt collectors
Expertise in complex administration of group life insurance and health insurance
Adherence to data privacy regulations (GDPR, TISAX, etc.)
Availability for participation in HR projects
Ability to answer HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees
Competence in conducting standard HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment, etc.)

Responsibilities

Workday administration
Daily payroll system management and cooperation with the payroll provider
Payroll data preparation
Personnel administration
Reporting – payroll and personnel data
Supervision of employee’s personal files
Supervision of employee’s liabilities and communication with debt collectors
Complex administration of group life insurance and health insurance
Acting according to data privacy regulations, GDPR, TISAX etc
Participation in HR Projects
Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees
Conducting standard HR processes – onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment and others
