Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes
  • 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing of harnesses or design of workstations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, BriscCAD)
  • Teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Communication skills at both upper and operational levels
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends
  • Basic English reading and writing skills preferred
  • Flexibility of schedules for supporting line startups

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to projects related to coordination, implementation, and follow-up on engineering changes, pilots, permits, CAM, improvements, PTR runs, and rework
  • Support the Superintendent of Methods
  • Perform station runs, take timings, and rebalance stations
  • Create drawings for shelving
  • Support business transfers and operational systems of the lines
  • Track and ensure compliance with EOS/ISO TS16949 and ISO-14001, ISO 45001 EHS regulations
  • Execute and support a work plan based on assigned responsibilities and report to the group leader
  • Develop methods of work for lines and stations
  • Update PFMEAS and make basic value adjustments for Top One as part of Maintenance
