Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes
2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing of harnesses or design of workstations

Responsibilities

Provide support to projects related to coordination, implementation, and follow-up on engineering changes, pilots, permits, CAM, improvements, PTR runs, and rework
Support the Superintendent of Methods
Perform station runs, take timings, and rebalance stations
Create drawings for shelving
Support business transfers and operational systems of the lines
Track and ensure compliance with EOS/ISO TS16949 and ISO-14001, ISO 45001 EHS regulations
Execute and support a work plan based on assigned responsibilities and report to the group leader
Develop methods of work for lines and stations
Update PFMEAS and make basic value adjustments for Top One as part of Maintenance
