A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes and 2-3 years in the manufacturing of harnesses or design of workstations.
Responsibilities include supporting projects on engineering changes, pilots, permits, CAM, improvements, PTR runs, and rework; supporting the Superintendent of Methods; performing station runs, timings, and rebalancing; creating drawings; and ensuring compliance with EOS/ISO standards.
