The role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and involves coordinating operational personnel, managing and developing staff, and planning communication meetings with subordinates.

Strong candidates will have a relevant engineering degree or proven experience in manufacturing, leadership skills, proficiency in Office tools, effective communication, decision-making abilities, teamwork, schedule flexibility, and basic English to handle personnel coordination and production goals.
