  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas directas o roles comerciales, idealmente en transporte, turismo o sectores afines
  • Inglés avanzado (C1). Se valorarán otros idiomas
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y persuasión
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, con múltiples tareas y en un entorno dinámico
  • Persona proactiva y extrovertida, orientada a resultados
  • Disponibilidad para viajar entre islas y trabajar con flexibilidad horaria (incluidos algunos fines de semana o festivos según operativa)

Responsibilities

  • Captación de clientes: Identificar y atraer nuevos clientes interesados en nuestros servicios de transporte
  • Promoción de servicios: Presentar y comunicar de forma clara y efectiva las ventajas de nuestras soluciones, adaptando el mensaje a cada cliente
  • Cierre de ventas: Transformar el interés en ventas directas, garantizando siempre la máxima satisfacción del cliente
  • Gestión de relaciones: Construir y mantener relaciones duraderas con clientes potenciales y actuales
  • Colaboración interna: Coordinarte con operaciones, facturación, reservas y otros departamentos para asegurar una experiencia fluida
  • Informe de actividad: Reportar periódicamente al Director Comercial sobre avances, ventas y oportunidades de mejora
  • Trabajo según KPIs: Gestión de tus objetivos comerciales y seguimiento de KPIs de facturación anual
  • Actividad mixta: Combinación de búsqueda directa y contacto con empresas interesadas en nuestros servicios
