Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in IT/TechOps roles such as Desktop support analyst, 1st/2nd line support, Systems engineer, DevOps, Tech support, Technical support, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Workplace technology, Solutions specialist, Systems manager, or Support manager, along with a strong understanding of various IT systems and technologies, robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate with security teams, experience with automation and self-service solutions, and the capacity to manage complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

The TechOps Generalist will provide delightful day-to-day technical support to all areas of the business, troubleshoot and fix a wide range of technical issues including laptops, networks, and account provisioning, collaborate with the Security team to balance security, productivity, and user experience, identify and implement opportunities to automate processes and improve the user experience, design and build self-service solutions to empower employees, monitor and maintain all tech in offices around the world (networks, meeting rooms, printers, digital signage, CCTV, and door access control), lead and manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to the development of a modern, lean TechOps team.
