The Program Manager will drive and own ongoing program management of complex customer initiatives, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management. They will serve as the SpringWorks subject matter expert, collaborate with customer success teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on program objectives, and drive on-time and on-budget delivery of program priorities. The role also involves developing project plans, progress reports, implementing risk management strategies, and resolving escalations by identifying root causes and optimizing processes. Additionally, the Program Manager will build rapport with customer contacts, make recommendations to help customers achieve desired outcomes, and collaborate across departments to deliver customer feedback.
