Responsibilities

As a Technology Solutions Executive, you will manage the strategic sales cycle, collaborating with Infusion Systems Sales counterparts and key customer partners to convey Baxter’s technology offering and product roadmap. You will identify customer gaps in IT and Informatics, develop business solutions consisting of services and software, perform sales demos, provide quotes, and oversee the implementation of technology projects. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with customer management, handle customer issues, and minimize attrition while growing the pipeline for technology opportunities in collaboration with the IS Sales Team.
