The Systems Engineer III will collaborate with product managers to uncover and translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring implementation plans align with expectations by working closely with internal and external teams. They will operate as a product expert, providing training and addressing technical questions, and serve as a product evangelist to the customer community. Additionally, the role involves facilitating documentation creation, developing user stories, and maintaining feature backlogs, ultimately supporting the software development process and delivering great products.
