Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of equivalent business or technology experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Digital, CRM, or Commercial-related technology positions, including multi-market deployments of a CRM platform delivering API-first architectures centered on mobile and web engagement solutions
  • 5+ years of experience and operational understanding of Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms, including their product offerings and capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute pivotal business technology projects on and around the CRM platform, supporting sales, marketing, and digital
  • Oversee all aspects of the CRM platform, including driving projects from conception to completion
  • Establish and manage a development team
  • Ensure technical solutions address business challenges with measurable outcomes and metrics
  • Create and implement a cohesive technical roadmap aligned with key business priorities on the CRM platform
  • Present and align leaders on business and technology strategies
  • Manage licenses, financials, and metrics
  • Consult and collaborate with various technology teams on project execution
  • Oversee design governance and reliability
  • Lead development teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and achieve desired goals
  • Collaborate closely with business and solution leads to drive integrated digital initiatives and programs within the CRM platform
  • Drive the Butterfly Program (migration from Salesforce to MS Dynamics) for Vision North America to ensure localization of the global MedTech implementation
  • Establish and nurture relationships up and down the chain within business and technology teams in the region and globally where necessary
  • Partner with Business Product Owner and commercial leaders to define, shape, and lead the business product strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and outcomes (OKRs, KPIs)
  • Translate business strategy to technology solutions and communicate the strategy and vision across the organization
  • Have accountability for the solutions and their outcomes including related measures, metrics, and dashboards
  • Conduct experiments to test the real-world success of proposed solutions
  • Estimate development and effort levels to prioritize requirements and align IT capacity with top business priorities
  • Lead teams and deliver projects aligned to the platform’s vision, goals, and encouraged outcomes; define and ensure adherence to J&J processes and standards
  • Proactively partner with various internal teams and other regional and global enterprise architects to design scalable, flexible, and supportable technical systems that add business value and are aligned with the J&J technology strategy as well as enterprise patterns and standards
