Requirements

8+ years of experience in product engineering, with 3-5 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of successful product development and launches (preferred)
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in product engineering (preferred)
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously (preferred)
