Ausarbeitung und Erstellung von Angeboten in Abstimmung mit dem Einsatzleiter Servicetechnik
Anlage von Serviceaufträgen im SAP/R3
Vorbereitung der Serviceaufträge zur Rechnungserstellung in SAP/R3
Abfrage und Eintragung der Betriebsstunden von Vertragsanlagen, monatlich bzw. quartalsweise
Weitergabe interner und externer Informationen bei Änderungen der Dokumentation wie z.B. Service-Shop
Berichterstattung an die jeweiligen Einsatzleiter Servicetechnik
Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungs- und Kulanzanträgen / Good Will (Verschleißteile)
Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an den technischen Leiter bezüglich des Status der betreuten Geschäftsprozesse
