Requirements

  • Technical education
  • Practical experience in servicing industrial machines used in serial production (assembly, testing, packaging processes)
  • Experience with industrial robots and/or vision systems (preferred)
  • Communicative knowledge of English or German
  • Accuracy, good organization skills, manual skills
  • Willingness to work in a shift system (3 shifts)
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, SEP qualifications up to 1 kV (additional advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and timely maintenance for tools and associated production equipment
  • Respond quickly to production-related issues reported by supervisors (UTR, Production, Quality)
  • Inform superiors about corrective actions and repair results, maintaining daily records in the company’s database
  • Prepare machines for production and perform preventative maintenance, documenting in the database
  • Submit improvement suggestions and observations that can facilitate work and improve production
