Requirements

  • Ability to configure Windows/Mac machines (encryption, file sharing, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Linux (dns, dhcp, ssh, samba, ldap, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the IT support team in contact with all Withingers, with an apprentice under responsibility, in close collaboration with the Platform team and HR
  • Manage the team handling company IT hardware and follow up on employee tasks and requests
  • Order, inventory, and prepare machines (phones, PCs, peripherals, accessories, badges, etc.)
  • Administer IT licenses for employees (additions, deletions)
  • Handle IT support requests from employees and respond to them (rights requests, database and file server connections, VPN, WiFi, software installations, bug resolutions, etc.)
  • Participate in the maintenance of internal networks and servers in collaboration with network administrators
  • Write and improve IT documentation and procedures (especially for onboarding new employees)
  • Ensure good security practices: password management, machine locking, etc
  • Follow up and assist with IT issues in overseas offices (especially USA)
