Responsibilities

Manage the IT support team in contact with all Withingers, with an apprentice under responsibility, in close collaboration with the Platform team and HR
Manage the team handling company IT hardware and follow up on employee tasks and requests
Order, inventory, and prepare machines (phones, PCs, peripherals, accessories, badges, etc.)
Administer IT licenses for employees (additions, deletions)
Handle IT support requests from employees and respond to them (rights requests, database and file server connections, VPN, WiFi, software installations, bug resolutions, etc.)
Participate in the maintenance of internal networks and servers in collaboration with network administrators
Write and improve IT documentation and procedures (especially for onboarding new employees)
Ensure good security practices: password management, machine locking, etc
Follow up and assist with IT issues in overseas offices (especially USA)
