Candidates should possess a minimal Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics with related knowledge in automation and process control. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance team for industrial systems is required, and knowledge of TPM, PLC, and automation will be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are necessary, along with a willingness to travel across Indonesia and proficiency in English.
The Technician will support on-the-ground maintenance and sustain operation equipment in working condition. They will monitor systems and conduct baseline checks on performance while highlighting technical issues faced during operational checks. The role includes providing technical support to daily operations in the warehouse, performing preventive maintenance on production equipment or machinery, and supporting new production tester setup for test platform standardization and optimization.
