Candidates must have a proven track record in managing full-cycle recruiting specifically for Engineering and Data teams. They should possess a strong ability to identify candidates with the correct technical skillsets and build talent pipelines through outbound sourcing. Experience in delivering a thoughtful candidate experience, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand roles and develop recruiting strategies, and utilizing data to improve hiring decisions is required. Familiarity with experimenting with AI tools and recruiting technology is also necessary.
The Technical Talent Partner will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and helping to hire revenue talent, particularly for the Engineering and Data organizations. This role involves working directly with hiring managers to scale these teams, crafting effective recruiting strategies, and using data and insights to enhance recruitment processes. The partner will also experiment with new technologies to improve hiring efficiency and contribute ideas to continuously improve the Talent function.
