Symbotic is seeking a Technical Support Project Manager to join its Technical Support team, focusing on Site Startup operations. The Project Manager will act as a central coordination point for commissioning, engineering, IT install, and software teams, aiming for smooth site startups, effective cross-functional collaboration, and process standardization. The Technical Support Team is part of the Service Operations Organization and is responsible for system stand-up and ongoing operation at client sites. The team works to enhance client relationships by providing timely feedback, responding to issues, and finding solutions. Responsibilities span all aspects of the system, including controls, electrical, software, and networking, with a focus on resolving production-impacting scenarios.
Develops robotics and software for supply chains
