Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience planning and executing ATM installations, with experience in large rollouts of 250 ATMs or more being a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Kaba Mas locks and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required, along with confirmed skills in risk planning and mitigation. The role also requires demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment, strong professional communication skills, and a basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
The Deployment Specialist will manage the ATM installation process from start to finish, ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures and the rollout schedule. This includes coordinating ATM orders and inventory, scheduling installations, identifying and resolving potential delays, and liaising with armored providers for lock initialization. The specialist will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams, prepare and ship installation kits, perform infrequent field travel for installation support, maintain system updates with installation data, and assist team members as needed.
