Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience in healthcare environments, understanding of clinical workflows, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a matrix environment. They must be able to interface at all levels of customer and Baxter organizations, possess strong time management skills for autonomous field/remote work, and demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent oral and written communication, as well as presentation skills, are essential. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred, with desired experience in acute in-patient hospital settings, medical devices or healthcare applications, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

The Leader, Site Integration will act as a subject matter expert for Connected Care products, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for seamless product implementation within defined timelines. They will provide guidance and consulting to customers on hospital workflow and best practices, offering remote and onsite support. Responsibilities include training customers, coordinating project logistics, participating in project communications, leading customer meetings, troubleshooting issues, communicating customer feedback for process and product improvements, and supporting new product implementations. The role involves managing multiple implementations concurrently, supporting pre-sell and post-implementation activities, and contributing to data analytics and reporting development.
