Requirements

Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects, collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope and deliverables. They will develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, utilizing project management tools to track progress and manage tasks. The role involves facilitating status meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and acting as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. Furthermore, the TPM will develop and document standardized processes to improve team efficiency and project outcomes, and stay up-to-date with industry trends in robotics and program management methodologies.
