Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Level 1 Support: providing end-user support (EUC), including image loading, printer configuration, and computer hardware repair
  • 1+ year of experience in Level 2 Support: Network support (switches, routers), knowledge of console and structured cabling
  • Basic knowledge of Level 3 Support: HP servers, iLO, and Dell management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Networking fundamentals

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support at EUC, Network, and Server levels to GSB clients
  • Provide technical support to internal GSB clients
  • Be available for remote support
  • Assist with help desk issues
  • Adhere to GSB policies and customs
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues
  • Care for company physical assets when necessary
  • Monitor company chats and provide support as needed
  • Work from home and travel to client locations as required
