Requirements

2+ years of experience in Level 1 Support: providing end-user support (EUC), including image loading, printer configuration, and computer hardware repair
1+ year of experience in Level 2 Support: Network support (switches, routers), knowledge of console and structured cabling
Basic knowledge of Level 3 Support: HP servers, iLO, and Dell management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Networking fundamentals
General IT tools
SharePoint
Advanced conversational English (mandatory, with assessments)

Responsibilities

Provide technical support at EUC, Network, and Server levels to GSB clients
Provide technical support to internal GSB clients
Be available for remote support
Assist with help desk issues
Adhere to GSB policies and customs
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues
Care for company physical assets when necessary
Monitor company chats and provide support as needed
Work from home and travel to client locations as required
