Responsibilities

  • Support technology hiring across software, IT, and infrastructure roles at different levels of seniority
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events, and other creative channels
  • Stay current on the evolving role of AI in recruiting and its impact on both recruiters and candidates
  • Experiment with and evaluate new sourcing tools and platforms to expand candidate reach
  • Monitor tech market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices to inform recruiting strategies
  • Track and report sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, pipeline health, time-to-fill) to drive process improvements
  • Provide a seamless, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Build and manage relationships with external recruiters to supplement direct sourcing efforts
  • Occasionally support sourcing for non-technical roles as needed
