Responsibilities

Installation, Wartung und Reparatur des Operationsroboters Hugo™ in medizinischen Einrichtungen
Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme und Integration des Hugo™-Systems in chirurgische Abläufe
Schulung und Unterstützung von medizinischem Fachpersonal bei der Anwendung des Hugo™-Systems
Durchführung von regelmäßigen Inspektionen und Sicherheitsüberprüfungen des Systems
Fehlersuche und Problemlösung bei technischen Störungen, um höchste Betriebsbereitschaft sicherzustellen
Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten und Erstellung von Serviceberichten
Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Support-Team und der Produktentwicklung zur Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und unternehmensinternen Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
