Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solutions per product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives
  • Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications
  • Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives
  • Act as local on-site representative to customer's organization members
