Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service; a bachelor's degree is a plus

  • Experience using a CRM or other sales related software is a plus
  • Experience with computers or with selling a highly technical product is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Managing and responding to inbound engagements via phone, email and website chat
  • Proactively identifying opportunities in warm leads, inbound channels, existing business and prospective customers
  • Proactively targeting opportunities through various channels, including mining existing customer databases and other platforms
  • Generating leads through collaborating on direct and indirect marketing efforts in coordination with the Marketing Team
  • Qualifying and escalating large leads quickly and accurately to Strategic Account Managers for timely follow up
  • Driving velocity within your own opportunity pipeline to win customer projects and capture revenue
  • Consulting with new and existing customers to qualify their project requirements
  • Recommending OnLogic hardware and services based on a customer’s specific technical requirements and project scope
