Strategic Sales Engineer

Candidates should possess 3 years or more of related experience, ideally with a distribution background in the South of Germany and Austria territory, and a degree in electronics or a related subject. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills at all levels are required, along with proficiency in German and good business English. Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage, and experience in electronic component distribution is considered a plus.
The Technical Sales Engineer will initiate and schedule regular customer visits to provide technical solutions, create and drive sales opportunities, build strong relationships with suppliers and partners, manage designs from conception to production, maintain and grow customer databases, provide reports and market knowledge, and attend supplier training events. They will also focus on growing market share and sales within their assigned territory and supporting customers’ go-to-market strategy.
