Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Enterprise Solution Architect will conduct Discovery calls to understand customer environments, business goals, and technical challenges, and will perform product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for customers. They will also manage the technical strategy, ensuring customer requirements are met, and serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for customers, assisting with product requirement definition, integration, and adoption issues during the presales stage. Furthermore, the role involves building excellent customer relationships and collaborating closely with ECAD Enterprise Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Deployment Engineers to understand customer requirements and define technical solutions.
