Candidates should have 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a highly competitive industry. They must be able to evaluate technical aptitude and behavioral fit, as well as find creative ways to attract and forge relationships with top talent. Experience navigating and understanding the AI and silicon talent landscape is preferred.
The Technical Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring high quality pipelines. They will forge strong hiring manager relationships and advocate for candidates, attend AI meetups to source talent, facilitate interviews and hiring decision-making processes, manage the offer process in tandem with hiring managers and the CEO, and seek different ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience.
Develops servers for transformer inference
