Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting
- Previous experience working in a hyper growth SaaS company (required)
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse)
- Working knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage passive technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
- Build and maintain pipelines of top engineering talent to support both current and future hiring needs
- Leverage creative and data-informed sourcing strategies to proactively uncover and engage a diverse pool of top-tier talent
- Embrace a mindset of continuous iteration, regularly evaluating and refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience
- Champion best practices while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate hiring outcomes across the organization
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles
- Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers by driving kickoff and calibration meetings to define role requirements, align on candidate expectations, and architect effective interview strategies
- Navigate evolving hiring needs and shifting candidate profiles by working closely with hiring teams to adapt recruiting strategies in real time
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical and cultural fit, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and facilitate a seamless interview process
- Communicate our mission, values, and growth story to inspire and attract top talent
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with timely updates, transparent feedback, and thoughtful communication
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Report on key hiring metrics to help improve process efficiency and transparency
- Partner with various departments to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding
- Assist with coordinating new hire onboarding activities specific to engineering roles
