Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering/data/product roles: kickoff/intake, outbound sourcing, screens, interview coordination, debriefs, offers, and closes
  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines through targeted outreach, referrals, events, and talent communities; run ongoing market mapping for priority roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards, structure interviews, calibrate bar/levels, and train interviewers to drive signal and reduce bias
  • Elevate employer brand and candidate experience—write compelling JDs, craft personalized outreach/nurture campaigns, communicate quickly, and negotiate/close top talent
