Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define project deliverables, KPIs, and responsibilities (RACI) aligned with business objectives
  • Develop project scopes, charters, and detailed execution plans with clear timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations
  • Assign, track, and manage technical tasks to ensure milestone completion
  • Facilitate regular syncs, standups, and steering meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and drive accountability
  • Manage stakeholders and vendors, ensuring transparent communication, on-time delivery, and formal sign-offs
  • Mitigate risks through proactive planning, buffer management, and escalation handling
  • Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and seamless partner integrations through testing, monitoring, and validation
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integration projects between internal systems and external business partners
  • Ensure seamless data flow, process alignment, and system interoperability (e.g., mapping parcel state machines across logistics partners)
  • Bridge business requirements with technical execution, coordinating with engineering, product, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency
