Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 6 years of technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, specifically with CMS platforms like Webflow or WordPress and JavaScript. Previous experience in project management, managing full-cycle software projects including deployments and coordinating content/code changes, is essential. The role requires experience managing engineers and QA, including debugging technical issues, and a strong sense of accountability and leadership. Familiarity with SEO best practices, the startup environment, agile/scrum development, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical ones are also necessary. Nice-to-have qualifications include familiarity with Yext, forms, magazines, HIPAA compliance, multi-business locations, GTM strategies, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager will manage engineering teams to ensure timely completion of technical projects, create and optimize internal management processes, and set up sprints, epics, deadlines, and Gantt charts. They will communicate and collaborate with executives, clients, and team members to troubleshoot problems and keep projects on track, defining project responsibilities among team members. Responsibilities also include scheduling and leading team meetings to discuss project status, documenting important decisions, and proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
