Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in technical program or project management
Proven experience managing Agile programs
Good understanding of Agile Program Management
Ability to understand technical architectures and system/data dependencies
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Aha, etc
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams
Certifications (Preferred - One or more): PMP/CSM/PSM/SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)/PMI-ACP

Responsibilities

Define program goals, program success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Lead large-scale, enterprise-level Agile programs involving multiple Scrum teams
Collaborate with engineering leads to assess dependencies and scalability
Manage program planning and release schedules
Act as a liaison between engineering, product, business, and Cross-BU stakeholders
Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and leadership
Resolve conflicts and remove impediments to maintain program velocity
Monitor progress using dashboards, OKRs, and regular status reports
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops
Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks
Manage scope changes and ensure traceability of decisions
Escalate issues appropriately to maintain delivery timelines
