Requirements
Candidates should have over 7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, managing complex technical programs at a large scale. Experience working with strategic customers and partners is valued, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as an interest in AI/ML and a willingness to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
The Technical Program Manager will embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and design solutions. They will successfully deliver high-profile technical projects against tight deadlines, manage dependencies across multiple teams, and effectively communicate progress, status, and risks to stakeholders. They will also increase structure in logistical processes, create technical roadmaps, and design scalable processes to solve complex problems. Additionally, they will contribute to internal knowledge bases by codifying best practices and sharing insights from customer engagements.
