Experience working with API-based systems, webhooks, and high-volume data, along with clear communication skills, high EQ, and strong execution abilities are essential. Bonus points for experience managing parallel systems during phased migrations, vendor management experience, experience driving business model transformation, hands-on work with billing tools like Metronome or Stripe, and understanding of revenue recognition for subscription and usage-based models.
The Technical Program Manager will lead a phased migration from seat-based pricing to usage-based billing, working across systems, teams, and vendors. Responsibilities include driving the phased implementation, ensuring continuity between old and new systems, and managing key partners from planning through cutover. This role involves leading complex system migrations, integrating usage-based billing platforms with upstream CRM + CPQ and downstream ERP systems, and driving end-to-end project plans for complex deployments. The TPM will coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables, lead highly cross-functional initiatives, tailor communication for diverse groups, and drive the full implementation of the monetization blueprint.
