Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a related role. They must have a proven track record of managing multi-threaded, technical programs with global stakeholders and the ability to navigate fast-moving priorities. Exceptional communication skills are required, including the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both engineering and non-technical audiences. A customer-obsessed mindset and the skill to define success metrics, monitor SLAs, and leverage data for decision-making are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager will lead end-to-end technical programs for Supabase’s largest clients, owning timelines, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies. They will translate client technical requirements into clear specifications and collaborate with Engineering to define solution approaches, run weekly technical steering meetings with strategic clients, and translate client requirements into RFCs. Furthermore, they will collect and synthesize client feedback, draft RFCs for product enhancements, guide them through the product process, identify technical and operational risks, and develop mitigation plans, and escalate appropriately.
