Requirements

Candidates should have 12+ years of hands-on project management experience, with 6-8 years in a large to medium-sized software company. Preferred candidates will have 4-5 years of experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening, time management, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and persuasion are essential. Exceptional relationship building skills with empathy and social awareness are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Technical Program Manager will manage multiple large Security programs and projects from business case to implementation, developing detailed execution plans and managing financials, progress, metrics, and change control. They will provide communication to stakeholders, create status reports for steering committees, and apply best practices throughout project phases. Responsibilities also include leading strategic planning, streamlining work processes, engaging with the business to understand technical needs and coordinate prioritization, driving conversations with senior executives, and coordinating PMO activities. The role involves guiding teams, providing technical solutions, mitigating obstacles, and understanding global cybersecurity themes, regulations, trends, tools, and terms.
