Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent experience in a life science or related field, e.g. Immunology, Immuno-Oncology, Oncology
  • 1+ years of experience in product/portfolio management in the Life Science industry
  • In-depth technical knowledge of flow cytometry
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage priorities within a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Execute franchise-level product strategy across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons, ensuring alignment with the broader portfolio vision and business objectives
  • Champion the product portfolio by proactively gathering and analyzing Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, to clearly define customer needs and inform innovation and strategic direction
  • Work closely with R&D, Marketing and Sales to drive product development, create compelling marketing messaging highlighting product differentiation and support commercial activation plans
  • Design and deliver high-quality technical marketing content, including white papers, case studies, product guides, webinars, and technical blogs working with external collaborators or internal R&D teams
  • Lead product launches, ensuring new products are successfully introduced to the market and deliver value to both customers and the business
  • Develop deep expertise in the product portfolio and market landscape to inform strategic, development, and operational decisions across functions
