A background in infrastructure, cloud, performance/scalability, CI/CD, observability, security/compliance, dev tooling, or API design is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs into business cases and product requirements are essential.
The Technical Product Manager will learn about Platform Engineering and Developer Experience to build great products. They will interact with customers to identify needs through various methods, translate these needs into business cases, manage multiple projects alongside design and engineering, and ensure the delivery of feature releases. They will also collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to launch new features.
