Requirements

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, you will support and contribute to the roadmap for the data platform, partner with Product and Engineering leadership, manage a team of engineers fostering their growth, provide hands-on technical guidance on key projects, collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations, and encourage high standards in testing, deployment, observability, and reliability. You will also contribute to the long-term technical strategy for ingestion services, drive consensus, and lead execution across teams, spearhead cross-functional initiatives for scalability and modernization, and participate in planning for system improvements and technical debt reduction.
