Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant system administration experience, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is essential. Experience with Windows and Linux system administration, Python and Bash scripting, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Git, networking protocols, authentication methods, and security standards like systems hardening and role-based access control are required. Familiarity with encryption, sensitive data handling, IdP management, and SAML/OIDC is also necessary. Experience with Unix command line, C2 infrastructure deployment, and security community participation are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Technical Operations Engineer will serve as a primary infrastructure point of contact for the EMEA and META regions, providing reactive support for Red Team activities and proactively identifying infrastructure gaps and improvements. Responsibilities include maintaining and administering Windows and Linux systems, ensuring system compliance with IT and security policies, and verifying user adherence to guidelines. The role involves participating in system improvement discussions, assisting with upgrade planning, building IaC projects, documenting infrastructure projects, and sharing administration and development responsibilities.
